Telephone System Needs Analysis
In order to help you set up your telephone system to provide its maximum benefit, we look at your company's phone usage in three ways.
Incoming communications:  Who is calling your company?  What type of calls are they?  How should they be handled?  Who should they be routed to?  What is the volume of calls?
Outgoing communications:  Who is making calls out? What type of calls are being made?  How many calls are being made?
Internal Communications: How do you communicate with each other in the company?  Do you need direct intercom?  Do you need busy lamp field?  Will area paging be helpful?  Would a wireless telephone give you freedom from your desk?
