The new Panasonic Network Communication Platform is highly-modular, and specifically designed to improve your business communication workflow.  NCP systems allow you to effectively reach, serve, and retain your customers by offering a powerful combination of intelligent call-routing, call center functionality and integral desktop productivity applications. The pure IP connectivity functions via a network connection that resides on the main processor card. This allows the KX-NCP to be configured as a pure IP system, a traditional system, or both!  You can start out using it as a traditional digital telephone system solution and then migrate into IP telephony at your own pace.  The KX-NCP modular design allows for easy growth as you add lines and extensions. The KX-NCP500 can grow to 32 digital telephones and 128 IP phones, while the KX-NCP1000 can have 40 digital phones and 128 IP phones.  Flexible incoming call distribution groups provide for the best call coverage at all times.  Multi-Cell wireless handsets can provide coverage over a wide area throughout your facility.  Reception consoles and 12 button add on strips offer even greater resources at your fingertips.
